This week LBFE volunteer John Graham and I swiped a sliver of WiFi for our tutoring session from the hotel lobby that's cross-street from the cafe "Farm : Table."
Their granola bowl pictured above is simple and simply sublime.
It's said that when a restaurant masters the ordinary, then they can graduate to the extraordinary. And Farm : Table has this down pat in their granola breakfast bowl.
Their flakes are home-made multi-grain, the fruit is farm-fresh perfection, and the combination is brilliant!
John may be off on a...let's just say "covert project" for a few months shortly, but I hope we can touch base during his hiatus.
Meanwhile, I look forward to updating the blog weekends in his possible absence with what I'm learning about podcast development
